Jennie is an operational leader with more than a decade of experience leading Medicaid transformation initiatives, building scalable programs, and advancing health equity through innovative care models. 

She specializes in translating strategy and policy into operational reality, guiding organizations through program design, implementation, and sustainable execution.

A trusted leader, Jennie, has launched Medicaid Accountable Care Organization programs across Massachusetts and supported California organizations with the implementation of Cal-AIM Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports. 

Her work helps community-based providers successfully integrate into the healthcare ecosystem and build the operational infrastructure needed to participate in Medicaid delivery systems.

Under Jennie’s leadership, cross-functional teams have successfully completed state readiness reviews, implemented large-scale system integrations, and developed programs addressing Medicaid members’ housing and nutrition needs.

She has also led health equity initiatives
focused on reducing disparities and expanding culturally responsive health education within BIPOC communities.
Jennie’s experience includes work with Beacon Health Options, Boston Medical Center Accountable Care Organization, Steward Health Care Network, Together We Stand Corporation, and other healthcare and community-based organizations.

She holds a MBA from Simmons University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Jennie currently serves on the City of Medford Board of Health.
