At these facilities, she oversaw daily operations, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care delivery. She worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize workflows, improve patient experience, increase revenue, and ensure adherence to accreditation standards.

Vanessa brings strong experience in strategy and operations, having led initiatives to improve organizational performance, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making.
